Terms & Conditions – Complete Policy for Using the Betjee Platform

1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between Betjee and its users. "Betjee", "we", and "us" refer to Betjee Entertainment Ltd. "Member" and "you" refer to any registered or unregistered user.

These terms apply whenever you use our services via the Betjee website, mobile app, or any other channel. They have been drafted in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and are consistent with international gaming regulations.

• Betjee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• In the event of any conflict between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full effect.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on Betjee, you must meet the following eligibility requirements.

Age Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on Betjee is 18. Providing an accurate date of birth at registration is mandatory. Betjee may request proof of age documents (National ID, passport) at any time. Accounts belonging to underage members will be closed immediately.

Number of Accounts

Only one betjee account is permitted per person, household, or address. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, genuine, and up to date. Accounts created using false information will be closed and all deposits forfeited.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Betjee at all times.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Only payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly; if there's a delay, please contact our support team.
• Betjee does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be held until all bonus conditions have been met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ₳50,000.

4Betting Rules

Please keep the following rules in mind whenever you place a bet on Betjee.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once a confirmation has been received. If a bet is confirmed at an incorrect odds due to a system error, Betjee reserves the right to void that bet.

Live Betting

• Odds in live betting change rapidly; the odds at the moment you click "Confirm Bet" will apply.
• Betjee is not liable for any betting losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• If a bet is not submitted before an event begins, it will be automatically cancelled.

Bet Cancellation & Refunds

A bet may be voided and the stake refunded in the following circumstances:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed (specific rules apply).
• If event information is displayed incorrectly.
• A bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.

Cash Out

The Cash Out feature may not be available on all bets or events. The Cash Out amount depends on current odds and the remaining time on the bet. Betjee reserves the right to suspend the Cash Out feature at any time.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at Betjee.

Turnover Requirements

Each bonus comes with a specific turnover requirement. For example, a 10x turnover means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• Each bonus offer may only be used once per member.
• Each bonus has a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be removed once it expires.
• A maximum withdrawal limit from bonuses may apply.
• Bets placed at odds of 1.5 or below will not count toward bonus turnover requirements.

Bonus Abuse

If Betjee detects Bonus Abuse — the use of strategic methods to exploit bonus conditions — the account will be suspended. Multiple members of the same household may not use the same bonus.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betjee and will result in immediate account closure.

• Participating in match fixing or arranged betting.
• Registering an account using false or inaccurate information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system.
• Conducting transactions using another person's details.
• Using automated software or bots for betting.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform for personal gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding another member.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Arbitrage betting that works against the platform's interests.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Betjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons.

Reasons for Account Closure

• Any breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Suspended Account Balance

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited. If closed at the member's own request, any verified balance will be returned. A monthly maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts after 18 months.

8Privacy & Personal Information

• Your information will never be sold to any third party.
• Your data may be used for service improvement and legal compliance purposes.
• You may request the correction or deletion of your personal data.
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

9Responsible Gaming

Betjee firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

Your Rights & Benefits

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for any given period.
• Session Limit: Decide in advance how long you intend to play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break for 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

10Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Betjee and a member, the following process will be followed.

Submit a Complaint

Start by sending a detailed complaint to support@betjee.run. We will provide an initial response within 48 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 7 business days.

If the Issue Remains Unresolved

If a resolution cannot be reached through our support team, the matter may be escalated to Betjee's licensing authority. Betjee's decision shall be considered final and binding.

11Changes & Amendments to Terms

Betjee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
• Updated terms will take effect from the date the changes are made.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with any of our terms, please request account closure.
